For people who do not know who Kelly Osbourne is, she is that overweight daughter of Ozzy Osborune. Well not anymore, she is now looking really slim and sexy. She has stated, she lost all that weight, by cutting back on carbohydrates and sugars.Cutting down on carbohydrates and anything with a lot of sugar is really one of the best ways to lose weight. There are many great diet plans out there, but it all goes down to LESS SUGAR, LESS CARBS. Of course carbohydrate is needed as it is the main source of energy to the human body. However a simple think like a rice cake is enough energy to get a person going. Also stay away from sugars, things like fizzy drinks are what people gain weight from. Replacing a fizzy drink with a glass of water can give huge results.
